We do shipping during Covid-19 time.

Curbside pickups and shipping are always available.
Currently, we’re receiving a high volume of orders. So it might take 5-7 business days to process your orders.
LAMI NAIL SUPPLY SOLE DISCRETION:
Lami Nail Supply reserves the rights to deny any return at its sole discretion. Please read our Shipping, Return, and Exchange Policies below.
A/ SHIPPING FEES:
- FREE SHIPPING for orders $150 & up for US continental 48 states only and based on the purchased pre-tax total.
- Orders under $150 flat shipping fee of USD $13 for US continental 48 states only and based on the purchased pre-tax total; except Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. The restocking fees will be taxed in select states.
- We are not responsible for any delivery errors due to incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer. Thus, please make sure your shipping address and receiver names are correct before placing your order.
- We will not refund the shipping fee for wrong address or receiver name you provided.
- By placing an order with us, you agree to pay $13 shipping fee if you order is under $100. This fee is non-refundable once we ship your order.
- We do not ship to hotels if the credit card or email address is registered at a location outside of the United States.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
- Our shipping department makes every effort to ensure that your products arrive in good condition. Yet in some case, damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) can occur on the shipping from our facility to your location.
- If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to Lami Nail Supply and we’ll arrange for a replacement. B/ RETURN POLICIES:
- We guarantee that all of our items sold are 100% authentic, new, and unused.
- If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your purchase.
- No return on gel colors, polish colors, dip powder. Most of other products, typically, we offer a 14 day return and exchange policy to only new, un-used, and unopened products. There is no exception we accept the return of the used and opened item(s). Please contact us before sending returned items(s).
- No return and no exchange on disinfecting products.
- If an item was a part of a set, the complete set must stay remained together. If the return is the result of our mistake, we will replace the item and pay for shipping costs both ways, provided that the purchase is made within 14 days. Credit and Exchange of wrong product will be processed only after receipt and inspection of that item. Please allow us up to 14 days to refund your account after receipt of your return.
- Buyers are responsible for the return shipping.
- Protecting your personal information or private data: Please remove all personal information or private data, e.g. computer or wireless phone data, from any returned item(s). Lami Nail Supply is not responsible for any exposures and(or) the exploitation by any third parties on your personal information or private data left on or in the returned item(s). C/ RESTOCKING FEES:
- In case a return is necessary, a 15% restocking fee is applied on the returned item(s). The restocking fees will be taxed in select states.
